hi, i had a huge thing typed up and then accidentally clicked away. damn.

ok here's the cliffnotes: i hated disqus and have decided to go with Hyvor for my comments section, a new and sleek alternative that's much more fun and offers actual features in exchange for money. it is pricey, however. so put it to good use!!

next: i have updated most of the cast page images with about half of them left to go. you can click on them to make them bigger if you can't read them. i still really like vera's but since furaffinity's website is now unrecognizable, i had to change it to deviantart.

the archive page has thumbnails and descriptions now.

i have also finished the chapter 1 redraw and will have it available for pay-what-you-want soon. because it took me like. so many years, the change in my art throughout the process is a bit shocking. i have an idea for a release where the old and new pages will be displayed side by side like this

followed by any authors notes for the previous pages about the redesign process and why i changed what i did. maybe it will be helpful. maybe it will be obnoxious. who knows what the future will bring

and last news about this website for now: the store is closed until i can find the desire to open it. realistically it generated no sales so the time and effort to get it all set up seems like it could be used somewhere else. the spaces where banner ads used to be will be replaced by ads for my own projects (that will not generate income the way that google ads do). and the links page needs a desperate clean up since most of the links were dead or no longer affiliated with me.
